We became a development partner for Catalysta at the very beginning of its journey. In order to bring the idea to life, we used a variety of service, product design and product management tools such as proto-personas, customer journeys, user flows, business canvas, product requirements mapping, use case diagrams, etc. Our team of experts collaborated with stakeholders in a series of workshops to develop a shared vision of the product.

The product incorporates a comprehensive back office for managing artworks, artists, sales, and payouts in addition to a solid user interface for the e-commerce platform. We continued to analyze the user experience and optimized their paths as the product's audience grew. Additionally, user-specific functionalities that were tailored to their needs had to be added. One of them involved allowing galleries to use the platform.
